I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be in poor condition with peeling wallpaper, giving it an old feel. On the upside, it was a good value for my points paid and decently sized to fit a roll-in bed. The service was amazing with top-notch customer care from Tim and Tracy at the front desk, making my stay comfortable. The location was good for my trip, although it needs a makeover and larger towels. The dining experience was a bit pricey, but it was my only option before heading to the convention. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet, providing an outstanding experience. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was easy to manage, away from the city's traffic nightmares, and with convenient access to amenities. The dining experience was fantastic, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for money!

I stayed at the hotel and found it quite nice overall. The rooms were comfortable, but I was hoping for a higher floor. It would have been nice to have some snacks available, not just beverages. The rate was reasonable, which was a plus.
